Serves: 6
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
6 Peaches (halved & pitted)
1/3 cup Maple syrup (divided, plus some for serving)
2 tablespoons Butter
1/2 cup Pecans (chopped & toasted)
Ice cream (for serving)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Brush the peach halves with half of the maple syrup on the cut sides.
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-low and oil the grates. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grates and let cook for 3 to 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. If you wish, you may cook the peaches in a grill pan instead: Butter the grill pan, place the peaches cut-side down and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, then flip the peaches over and cook for 2 or 3 minutes skin-side down.
  4. Serve the peaches with ice cream, pecans, and, if desired, additional maple syrup.
